1. You MUST have a completely fenced in yard.
2.  Your Bloodhound must NEVER be tied out while unattended, even for a few minutes.
3. You must take your puppy for obedience classes with a certified instructor.
4.  You must keep up to date on all innoculations.
5. All pet quality pups will be sold with a limited registration, show quality pups registration will be negotiated at the time of sale. All pups will be co-owned.
  
6. All "Pet Quality" pups will be spayed or neutered at 6 months old, at which time owner will be    refunded $75 Can. (approximately half the cost of a spay/neuter).
7. All breeding/show quality dogs will have an OFA(or equivalent) done on elbows and hips and a cardiac test done by certified technicians upon the dog reaching maturity.
8. No bitch will be bred before 2 years of age.
9. Owner of a show quality pup must agree to a reasonable attempt at achieving a championship on their dog.
10. If, for reasons beyond your control, you can no longer keep the dog, dog must be returned to  breeder (at owners expense), unless breeder otherwise approves a new owner found by you.
ALL PUPPIES ARE $1200 CND.  SHIPPING OR PICK UP IS AT NEW OWNERS EXPENSE.  GROUND DELIVERY MAY BE AVAILABLE DURING THE EXTREME COLD OR HEAT.
